Refund policy

Returns Policy: 

• As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, however we are happy to offer store credit. Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to size availability from our limited batch.
• Please reach out to our team at contact@dontblinkstudio.com.au within 14 days of delivery to request a store credit.
• We do not cover any return postage fees, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items:

• Refunds are only available for faulty items. Please contact our team with your order number and photos of your piece as soon as possible.
