Each piece is made to order, so please allow 4-8 weeks for our team to carefully create and prepare your purchase. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is ready.

Production times may vary. If there are any changes to your order, we will let you know.

Pre Order Payment: charged in full at checkout.

We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once placed due to the made to order process.

We ship domestically via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $10 AUD with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

At this point in time, we only offer shipping within Australia. However, we hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

You will be sent Aus Post tracking details via email once they become available.

Tees and Jumpers: These pieces are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner in the USA. Please allow 7-14 working days for production and delivery. Please note a separate shipping fee will be applied at checkout from our production partner.

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, however we are happy to offer store credit. Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to size availability from our limited batch.

Please reach out to our team at contact@dontblinkstudio.com.au within 14 days of delivery to request a store credit.

We do not cover any return postage fees, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are only available for faulty items. Please contact our team with your order number and photos of your piece as soon as possible.
